Using store bought flatbread makes this quick recipe especially easy. It's topped with salty prosciutto, creamy goat cheese, and peppery arugula. A drizzle of balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of pecans add a touch of sweetness and crunch for a balanced bite.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbread, store bought or homemade
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 oz prosciutto 
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1 tbs balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup Santé Sweet & Spicy Pecans, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lay flatbread pieces on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil. Crumble goat cheese on top, then spread into an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 1 minute.
  3. Top with prosciutto slices and arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with Sweet & Spicy Pecans.
