Ingredients
- 3 large grapefruits, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Santé Candied Walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbs rosemary, minced
- Course sea salt
Instructions
- Set oven to broil and preheat.
- Place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet. Drizzle each half with about 2 teaspoons of honey.
- Broil the grapefruit for about 5 minutes or until slightly browned in spots.
- Meanwhile, combine walnuts, rosemary, and a pinch of sea salt in a small bowl.
- Remove grapefruit from the oven. Top each half with the walnut crumble. Serve warm.
